Our Story

At the heart of Bioguto are two sisters – Vaiva and Milda.

In creating Bioguto, we brought together what each of us does best: years of pharmaceutical experience, science and responsible product development, combined with creativity, communication and brand building.

Finding truly exceptional products is not an easy journey. It takes professional knowledge, patience and perseverance, but we are delighted to share what we discover with you.

MEET US

I'm Vaiva

Hello! I'm Vaiva – a pharmacist, PhD and mother of four.

My professional journey began in a pharmacy during my second year at university. It was my first workplace, and pharmacy remained part of my life for almost two decades. Throughout that time, I combined it with research and teaching.

Speaking with people every day gave me first-hand insight into their health concerns, doubts and the difficulties they face when choosing the right products. Working in a pharmacy taught me not only to assess formulations and apply theoretical knowledge, but also to truly listen, understand each person's situation and carefully consider what may genuinely benefit them.

THE BEGINNING OF BIOGUTO

How did it all begin?

Yet it was motherhood that made me rethink my values and priorities. As I raised my children, I became even more aware of how difficult it is to find products whose ingredients, quality and safety you can trust completely.

At times, everything I had learned made it difficult to feel comfortable with the products available in pharmacies, because I could not always find options I would confidently recommend to others or choose for my own family. A beautiful label or bold promise was no longer enough. I wanted to know what was inside each product, where its ingredients came from, how it was made and what evidence supported its benefits.

That was when I realised no one else would create what I was looking for. I began searching for manufacturers who had already developed – or could produce according to my formulations – high-quality, convenient, science-based products made with as much consideration for the environment as possible.

Knowing that no one person can do everything, I invited my sister Milda to join me on this journey. At the time, like me, she was on parental leave.

And so, after months of conversations, research and creative struggle – interwoven with feeding children, teething, sleepless nights, wide little smiles and all the other joys of motherhood – Bioguto was born.

MEET US

I'm Milda

Creativity has been part of my life since childhood. Music filled many of my years, but life eventually led me down a different path. Today, I channel my creativity into Bioguto – a brand where every detail, down to the final design touch, matters deeply to me.

I believe that almost anything in life can be learned – all it takes is curiosity, the courage to try and a willingness to make mistakes. This outlook has guided me from studying cosmetology, where I learned that true beauty and wellbeing begin within, to studying marketing and leadership in Australia.

I returned from Australia with more than professional knowledge; I brought home a different outlook on life. I was inspired by the balance I saw there, the active lifestyle and the respect people showed for their health.

When I returned to Lithuania, I looked for work in which I could truly fulfil myself. When my sister suggested creating Bioguto together, I did not hesitate for a second. From that moment on, Bioguto became not only my work, but a major part of my life.

While Vaiva takes care of what goes inside each product, I make sure every Bioguto story reaches people with the same sincerity with which it was created.
