For both products, we chose magnesium raw materials produced in Germany and a clear composition without added B vitamins or other vitamins. Each capsule of both products contains 100 mg of magnesium, making it easy to combine both forms according to individual needs.

Both products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, and do not contain gluten, lactose, GMOs, colorants, or flavorings. The kit contains a total of 180 capsules.
